He hasn't been around much, but their board has an internal war and some of them were writing off the season after the 1st half of yesterday's game.

It's funny that Fields and Williams won yesterday without an offensive TD, while that's not really offensive, it kind of is offensive.

He'll play better this season with Rodgers back. Last season the Jets had garbage at QB.

Rodgers is old,hasnt played in a year, coming off a terrible injury, after a very new procedure… and laid a dud in his first game….lets pump brakes on rodgers and the jets in general

He's 40.. Not many QBs play high level that age

I have to say that doesn't hurt my feelings at all.

It's very much like the Favre trade, they're at the end of their careers and if somebody believes they'll get them over the hump I understand why they make the trade. I also understand why the Packers make the trade. To them the course has been played out, so reset and start over. Worst case they find out Love isn't the answer and best case Love works out. The jury is still out for how it shakes out for them and the Jets, but it was time to reset for the Packers and the Jets felt they were ready with a real QB.

Niners win it 32-19, nice win for the Niners, Purdy was solid, Mason was great in place of CMC and the Niners D was solid.
