That trade really suggests that the market doesn't rate Ngokue nearly as much as Ngokue rates himself.

I would imagine that him going full frontal against the owner's son caused his value to dip.
This is a good deal for both teams as Jacksonville goes further into rebuild and the Vikings get a younger replacement for Everson Griffen.
There is also significant concern locally about Danielle Hunter's health, so we need all the help that we can get up front.
Long term, yes. Short term...not so sure about that...but at least he costs a lot more so there's thatBetter replacement for Griffin
Are you nuts? With your disaster of a cap and the DL being the strength of your team outside of maybe a healthy OL, you think trading for a pricy pass rusher is smart?Eagles sorely needed pass rush because they fucked up the Derek Barnett evaluation. Looking at what he was dealt for, I’m pissed Howie Roseman didn’t do anything to match this or improve upon it.

$90M over the cap next year says different. Every player is willing to renegotiate. They get their money up front and guaranteed.Inside DL is a strength. Edge rush is not. BG is old and Barnett isn’t good enough. Eagles cap is never a problem because the locker room has had a propensity to be willing to renegotiate.

I get it that the DEs aren't fantastic but they are OK and with your 3 stud DTs the last thing you should be doing is worrying about a pass rush if it hurts your future cap. What teams will get the push up the middle (and run stopping) that the Eagles will get? Their DL as a whole is easily one of the best in the league. LBs and DBs...not so much...
Overthecap is using too high a cap for teams for 2021. Spotrac has them at <$90M> which should be a lot more accurate. Let's call it $75M and it's still a disaster.Right now they’re $50 over for 2021. Guys will get cut. That will work itself out. If there’s one thing Howie does well, it’s managing the cap.
And yet every season he finds 25-30 million in space for free agents.Overthecap is using too high a cap for teams for 2021. Spotrac has them at <$90M> which should be a lot more accurate. Let's call it $75M and it's still a disaster.
Howie sucks at the cap which is why that's your number
