It might be frustrating in the moment to trade back so often, but Baalke has shown that he can get value out of these trades. I'd imagine a few of our picks tomorrow get packaged together or traded for higher picks next year.

I sure hope so

Schofield is a bit of a player. A lot of coaches would like to work with a guy like that. Tough guy. Just needs a bit of coaching up on the different techniques, hand placements, some footwork things, but not terrible in any one area either IMO.

Now the 49ers have seven picks on Saturday. Do they have that many roster spots? Or lockers? Or helmets?

Is this a money thing to where they can't pay higher picks??

Jerick McKinnon is a smallish specimen. HUGE versatility with him. He could stay at RB, move to WR full time, return kicks, return punts, or even move to DB if he fails on offense.

And there goes Dri Archer. Steelers wanted Jeff Demps as an UDFA in 2012. Now they have Archer.

For one of the deepest drafts we sure aren't fishing...just cutting bait it would seem...very..very disappointed.... traded for a WR giving up 4th and having to pay 3M+ a yr. ...what happened to buying wholesale talent? keep trading up when we could just draft right here and pick up the fallers in the 3rd. Jeeez Louise.. seems like we just cant pull the trigger.:gaah::noidea::lame:
