Always hard to do your thing on the road in the NFL, but under playoff conditions controlling mistakes are even bigger. Seattle must keep from making those stupid unforced errors on their O-line. Did well against zona, must keep that up here. You can't end up 2nd and 15 and do well on the road.

Dallas is 7th in total defense, Seattle is 16th in total defense... Dallas 5th against the run Seattle is 13th .... You would also have to look at strength of schedule.. But Seattle isn't a bad rushing D at 13th , that's almost top 10 ..

seattle is 13th against the run in total yards, deceiving because they have less rush attempts against. WHen looking at YPC their are 29th

Seattle is tied for 3rd worst in YPA, and had 34 less rushes against them than dallas and still let up 298 more yards
