Well like 1620 is saying, a whole lot of distractions right now.
Sam Foltz, MRI's statement, Governor getting involved, Milt Tenopir passing, Keith Williams coming back...
bottles my mind that we had so much leftover crap from Bop to loose to these jokers last year
I remember it quite well. All Tommy had to do was listen to coach and execute the QB keeper.

If all of this happened last year. And or with the previous Coach we would not be 4-0.Well like 1620 is saying, a whole lot of distractions right now.

After NW I'm not entirely convinced we're covering -21 here, not having a pass rush against a decent pocket QB is a big deal, Banker may like to cut loose our LBs Andy get after this Mike Hunt guy, our DBs are doing better this year but they can't cover a guy for 30 second routes
We should have lit NW up but instead kept them in the game until the 4th qtr with self inflicted treats, it's as if we play down to a lesser opponent instead of putting the game away before halftime. MSU has a habit of doing that and it comes back to bite them more often than notHonestly though we fumbled twice at the 1/2 yard line in that game. Score shouldn't have even been close in reality.
I thought it was gonna be a tough game just given the fact that we had the Oregon deal a week before. I have a feeling we either cover right around 21 or we may just straight up blow Illinois out of the water.
I'm just glad we got past the NW trap. That game was scary to me.

In the end it's a W, I just would prefer TA wasn't in the game by the 4th taking shots instead of watching Barney get some snaps
Somehow they know exactly when the take is on even though Sam Rothstien is long goneI agree we are the better team by a long shot.
Crazy how Vegas started that line at -6 though isn't it? Vegas just seems to know when they're gonna be close.
why in the world do you say that about those guys now? especially when it was clear they didn't like the hire you made for DL coach.“They made the NFL, and they’re doing well obviously,” Banker said. “We played with Valentine for six games last year and there were times I didn’t see anything in him. I didn’t think his work ethic was going to — it was in question. He’s with the perfect team.”
That’d be the New England Patriots and coach Bill Belichick.
“Belichick won’t let him take one second off,” Banker said. “And he’s into it.”
Collins, who played for the Cowboys, “had all the talent there was in the world” but could be “a little bit of a maverick” for the Huskers, Banker said. Collins was very good, Banker said, when he was on assignment.
It won't let me read because I'm not a subscriber but in my experience these things usually come out as a result of a question they were asked and these guys are just plain transparent. It's not like it was a secret or anything, Valentine was lazy.wtf Banker? Husker notes: Now starting, Carlos Davis is showing his maturity; NU linemen gear up for ‘big dudes’ and more
