We thought Notre Dame looked great against Georgia Tech until Duke did basically the same thing to them.

All of the predictions I have seen have Joaquin either staying out at sea, or making landfall in North Carolina/Virginia. It might rain some in South Carolina, but I doubt there will be really massive storm conditions.

Then again, I am not meteorologist, and these things are wildly unpredictable. Joaquin in particular seems to be difficult to predict.

It's raining here in the lowcountry now and they are forecasting from 3 inches to 10 inches of rain between Friday and Saturday, depending on what part of the state you're in.

If we're lucky this thing turns out to sea and we are dry by gametime Saturday night.
