Caitlyn Clark is like the female Curry.

But Iowa is terrible defensively. Their game plan seems to be to hope LSU misses open shots, then maybe get the rebound.

Takes 16 minutes of getting torched before they finally go man.

I'd think that basketball has to be the most difficult sport to bet over/under on. All it takes is one person getting hot or having an off shooting night to mess it up.

This one could actually come back toward the number a bit.

Iowa stars in bad foul trouble, they might really struggle to score.

And if LSU gets up huge, they probably slow down the tempo at some point.

People complaining about the women's refs must not have realized the women's refs have been total ass all year (surprisingly the semi final games were done well though). Part of the many things the NCAA needs to invest more money into the women's side of the game (men's side needs more quality officiating too but still).

The celebration is cool but to follow a player around to do it in their face is beyond classless. CC did it without anyone from the opposing team close to her. That makes a huge difference

It is what I have always said.

Every level down officiating gets worse.

Impossible job.

Talk about bad calls and how they affect the game.

But NBA officials really are the best of the best. Saying they suck a their jobs is ignorant.

Relative to what we see at lower levels they are actually really good.

Only way money fixes this is if it goes toward technology that takes decision making power away from humans watching the game live in real time.

Emotions always run high during and after the heat of battle.

Clark is the much better player than Reese anyhow...and it's not even close...although they play different positions.

I can't help but wonder though if that kind of thing ends up also carrying over into the WNBA should they decide to go pro.

That’s true. And I’m not implying it wasn’t in bad taste, but it’s also true that people will act, as well as react differently in various situations.

College as a whole is wildly inconsistent. That becomes more obvious when you get to the tourney. But even in conference play the rules seem to change depending on who's reffing.

I don’t know if race is a factor but I promise you being at LSU is. That is the most classless bunch in all of college sports.
