I don’t know if he even has game that translates to back up QB. He can only back up a system that has similar approach at QB with the starter. Off the top of my head that’s Philly Chicago and Baltimore if they get Lamar back in the fold. These are teams that have their QB run Cam stuff on the regular. Everybody else would have to divert from their primary offense to run what he can run.

Richardson looks pretty good. Not a sure fire bet given his skill set and that he is a bit raw, but he has a chance to be Lamar Jackson or better.
