Haven't seen many Chargers games. Did know that's their m.o. this season.

Kind of. Theyre a local team, so Ive watched them a few times. So I knew that they tend to do that. But I didnt know that its actually how they game plan.

Lol they took him to Harbor UCLA, a hospital I know too well. Evidently they don't like this guy too much...

If it had been one time and they missed then yeah an argument could be made. But when you do it multiple times when you aren’t yet up by a td and the game goes to OT you deserve criticism. Coaches get paid to adjust, it wasn’t working. Kick only one fg and you win the game and your whole season looks much differently now. Good luck getting a great kicker.

It definitely goes against conventional wisdom. But then, conventional wisdom isnt always right.

Conventional wisdom tells me that Mahomes shouldnt have the success he does throwing the ball the way he does. Yet, hes one of the best in the game throwing it that way.

Mahomes is going to lose a lot of games if he keeps making throws like he was at times last night. I’ve never seen him make that many completely horrible throws.

Pretty sure it was only 4th and 2 against us in own territory. Yep....4th and 2 from own 24.

4th and 2, 4th and 7 and 4th and 8 all in our territory. Also, a 4th and 4 in his own territory.

The point is, it all depends on the game flow, position on the field, etc.

I remember in the Ravens game they were having trouble moving the ball early and he went for it deep in his own territory only down 2 scores, then again down 3 scores...giving Baltimore free points. He is all over the place with these calls. I love being aggressive but if you have a FG to take the lead and your offense isn't exactly playing great, take the points. On the 2 yard line, I don't have any problem with it

Mahomes is going to lose a lot of games if he keeps making throws like he was at times last night. I’ve never seen him make that many completely horrible throws.

Im not talking about the throws themselves, more about his mechanics. Most QBs have the same throwing motion on every pass, but Mahomes doesnt. He uses all kind of arm angles. It leads to some spectacular plays, but can also sometimes make a routine throw a little more difficult and cause some bad misses.

that's what I was replying to...only the one that was in own territory. The one way back was only 4th and 2. Risky but probably smart.
