Like I said, he is hurt.

Healthy enough that he could play at less than 100%.

But also nothing wrong with starting the healthy backup over the less than 100% starter.

Not the same as what they did last year.

The Dolphins rot starts from the top - Stephen Ross is arguably the worst owner in the league (2nd to Dan Snyder). Flores may actually turn out to be a decent coach, but he's saddled with an inept organization and a horrid GM. What they've done to Tua is criminal as I was curious to see what he'd do in the league, and so far he's underperformed. But he also has the worst OL in the league, and a WR unit that's often injured where it's difficult to gain a rhythm and chemistry as a result.
