A total of 8 games in the afternoon slate is bad enough then when you look deeper into the schedule and see there’s only 1 game between winning teams just adds on to it.

I personally don’t need half of the games this week to be standalone games

Yep patriots/chargers didn’t need to be a stand alone game lol same for the others. They could have been mixed in with the 1 pm slate

Him and Sam Darnold are perfect examples of QBs that needed to find the right situation. It's tricky because very highly drafted QBs are going to terrible teams. Often so terrible they get ruined until they find a better one. Caleb Williams might be like that. Trevor Lawrence, etc.

Jayden Daniels is an example of when the drafting team is a good fit. Jordan Love too, because he had time to sit and was on a generally well run team.

And some are just bad picks like Trey Lance

Agreed, although one of the reasons for me apart from Lamar having two already was he had Henry as support, I didn’t realize James Cook had 14 now 15 TD’s which leads the league now

Hard to disagree, if Burrow gets his team into the playoffs I think he should be right there. Team record always seems to matter more though. It’s Allen’s to lose right now
