Different coaches too!
Thomas Brown is really a 3rd string coach… Not exactly qualified for the position he’s in, kind of feel bad for him. Prior to this gig his biggest claim to fame was as the OC of last year’s Panthers team that went 2-15… Yikes.

Bears fans following the lead of Pistons fans with our "Sell the Team" chants. @logic
I think those chants have stopped for the Pistons now. Gores has been willing to spend money, but maybe has finally learned to stop meddling since all his hands-on decisions sucked.

I'd love to see them pull the trigger and add a piece with Hardaway heading out but i doubt it happens.

They dont even need a SF necessarily with giving him up freeing minutes for Holland and Thompson.

But he is washed.

Hardaway is the anti Beasley, minus 10 on off. While Holland, despite his predictable offensive struggles is even on off

I think the whole reason Hardaway was brought in was to be a trade piece. Same for Beasley but he is shooting so well next to Cade it makes him hard to trade. I’d love to see a move for a big wing to play PF if we could find anyone to take Hardaway and Tobias, but you would likely need to sweeten that pot to get anything worthwhile.

Yea, Tobias has been pretty basic. I think hes a Piston until next offseason unfortunately. I thought he'd at least be as okay as last year.

I will be butthurt if Hardaway is still a Piston in March though lol.

I’m actually not that mad about Hardaway. He was playing pretty well before the game he got his head slammed around and split open. He hasn’t been very good since then but is slowly coming back to form. He really is a backup forced to be a starter due to Ausar’s blood clot issues. If Tobias could learn to shoot again and/or Stewart could get healthy we could start Ausar for Hardaway and not completely kill floor spacing for Cade.

Still wish we had kept Grimes instead of Hardaway but rumors are he didn’t want to be in Detroit plus we needed the draft capital for flexibility.

Not a good championship week for me. I got Burrow in both leagues. Chase drops a wide open TD and he has a 50 yard TD wiped out bc of an illegal shift LOL
