I would say it is. But since he's already been paid does he even care? I just want his five years in Cleveland to be over and get him the hell outta town.
I mean, while his is fully guaranteed most of the top QBs will get a large chunk of change guaranteed so do they even care?

If the guy didn't care I doubt he plays a half on a high ankle sprain AND fractured shoulder.

Will say I thought maybe this year the team would just pay him what he was due but not the case and they restructured him again if you had not heard....we now have $62 mil in cap space, the most in the league.

Drafted 9th tonight in a .5 PPR league tonight. 12 teams
1. Justin Jefferson WR
2. Kyren Williams RB
3. Sam LaPorta TE
4. Pat Mahomes QB
5. Amari Cooper WR
6. Zay Flowers WR
7. Jayden Reed WR
8. Jaylen Warren RB
9. Tyjae Spears RB
10. DeAndre Hopkins WR
11. Jake Moody K
12. Ezekiel Elliott RB
13. Khalil Shakir WR
14. Cin Def (I play matchups each week they have New England week 1)
15. Dontayvion Wicks WR

My RB 2 is somebody that I take off waivers this season. Last few years half the guys in the top 12 RBs taken have gotten hurt. In the mean time, I’ll play matchups for TDs and shit. Zeke is gonna get goal line carries. I think Warren is the better back in Pittsburgh.

The only thing that made me upset was JJ in round 1. I wanted Amon Ra and back up was AJ Brown at 9. Jefferson falls to me. I didn’t want to fuck with that QB situation.

I have the number 2 QB on my board and the 1 TE. Getting that first tier TE was important to me because last few years it’s been like 2-3 TEs then a big drop. I came in trying to get WR depth but don’t know that I pulled that off.
Depending who was there at RB/WR when you chose Mahomes I'd have been inclined to wait on a QB. Good strategy as a 2nd RB as the guy you have as your #1 was acquired by many last year off waivers (including me).

Looks kind of weak to me, but hard for me to judge as it's a 12 teamer so of course will be tougher.

I'm picking 4 in a 10 teamer. Hoping Hill or Lamb is there when I pick. If CMC, Hill and Lamb go 1-3 not sure who I'm taking. I guess Chase. I do think more depth at RB than WR so if my top 2 picks can be Hill/Lamb and maybe Nacua I'd be happy I think.

Lol he will do both. His access to teams is as Tom Brady the individual. His Fox access is extremely limited already just as all talking heads' access is limited to what a team wants to have you tell people.

I like that cap space was made available. Still don't like the guy though.

I think drafting Kyren might necessitate also taking his handcuff. I haven't done that in years (and didn't in the 16 team keeper league draft I just finished), but with that uncertainty it seems appropriate.

Yeah. If I'm in a draft and the board shakes out to where it makes sense to take Kyren, I'm definitely gonna try to grab Corum later

I took Tajie Spears at 105 and DHop at 112 and Corum went at 119. I wasn’t going to take Corum before my pick in the 11th round.

I like the cap space available too......that was done because the owner you don't like will spend whatever he's asked. Though I guess I get not liking the guy.

as an owner of a team a cheer for? Exactly what I want in an owner. don't hear from him much and IF he trusts his FO he lets them do their jobs and spends whatever he's asked to spend.

What’s the intent in freeing up that much space for this year when it’s late August? How are they going to utilize the $62 million in 2024 cap you said he cleared.

Quit simply put....there is nothing as amazing as bacon. Well, bacon, beer and college or pro football but I am not picky. Bacon rules.

That is all. Back to your regularly scheduled programming.

Our delicious bacon (U-S-A!!! U-S-A!!! U-S-A!!!) is why we need a wall at the northern border before those sneaky Canadians illegally enter the county and try to steal all of it.

Should add I did not say they cleared $62 mil.........but were left with $62 mil in cap space after the restructure. Think they cleared close to $35 mil with the move.

So the plan is to use the space to put future cap into this year’s cap?

Now do Trent Williams
Heard some discussion on this today. Things are getting nuts. Williams has 3 years left in a deal that he already banked all the guarantee and bonus on. This is nothing more than ego because someone else got a bigger deal. He’s from my school, like the dude and he’s an all timer. But you sign that contract and bank that money you play that contract.

He just didn’t want to participate in training camp. I respect that
