Johnson is a great example of a guy that just stuck with it. He played QB at a junior college his freshman year. He then transferred to OU where he was a practice squad qb for a redshirt year. He then played TE and defensive end until his junior year when injuries forced the team to ask him to try oline. I think it worked out for him.
