Combined with having a top heavy roster that was very overrated entering the season.

You'll get the usual Blame the Coach Guys putting the loss solely on the coach and, sure, he deserves some of the blame. Yes, you'd think we would hold on with the 10-0 lead against a dome team. I'm sure like any HC, even the elite, Stefanski has plays he'd want back. Not sure why no run on 3rd and 2 knowing you'd go for it on 4th.

To me the biggest dunderhead play of the game was committed by the winning coach when he passed on a penalty to make it 4th down and gave us a 3rd and 11 which was converted. I wonder if he thought it would be 3rd and 25 or so and didn't know it was from spot of foul? He also should have used TOs end of 1st to make us finish that drive into the wind.

I mean, they have that Hunt fellow and combined they had 31 carries. Some will say also 31 passes and that's true but they caught up in passes on last 2 drives as we only had a couple possessions left and down by a TD.

Chubb also went for less than 4 per carry (Hunt even worse I think).

D does deserve some blame as knowing NO was running they didn't do enough to stop it. I'm one, though, who blames players as well as coaches.

What won that game was coaching. They got outcoached plain and simple. Stefanski and Woods need to be gone this offseason. Terrible playcalling and the team has no discipline

Oh hell yes......calling for dropped passes in EZ - twice - on final drive was beyond dumb. The slip and fall in EZ call on the perfect pass earlier was also beyond foolish. Finally, the hold the ball for 5.5 seconds and take a sack on the final play was just idiotic

While I can agree not Stefanski's best day (and agree Woods should go) can a player ever mess up in your world?

Yeah...he should have run more but he chose to hold the ball too long and take sacks or throw it away.

On those last 2 drives with possessions dwindling should they have run more?

I always heard from Blame the coach guy "get Chubb 20 carries and we win"....he had 24.

Seriously? They were used a lot yesterday. Sometimes both in backfield, sometimes one split out...hell the failed 4th down earlier was a handoff with both in backfield.

I say all this knowing Blame the Coach guy feels better about losses when he can blame the coach.
