Playoffs will be interesting.halfway through the season now and I think most of us already know who's gonna qualify and who won't. The rest of the season imo is mostly about playoff positions...

I think if all the teams the Browns have to play the rest of the season bench all of their starters my team could make the playoffs.

But the 2nd half of the season should be interesting.

Lets breakdown the Raiders 2nd half drives. We will ignore the first half as they scored on all 4 drives so im almost certain passing when they should be running was oddly not a problem then.

1st drive. Ran the 1st 3 plays. First pass came when they were behind the sticks on 2nd and 11. Carr had incompletions on 2nd and 3rd down.

2nd drive. Just as a reminder they are now down and it is the 4th quarter here as the Jags scored 2 tds on their first 2 seices. Drive starts off with a first down pass for 13 then an incomplete pass. They then run on 2nd down where Jacobs got nothing. Carr converts on 3rd and long which is then followed by 4 STRAIGHT RUNS. The next pass comes on 3rd and long which is a clear passing down.

3rd drive- 3 and out on 3 passes here. Once again you are down midway through the 4th so passing here is understandable. Still dont see the issue.

4th drive- Repeat of previous drive basically except they went 4 and out here but once again there's 3 minutes left at this point so passing here when needing a td to take the lead makes sense.

5th drive- Repeat of the previous 2 drives.

Long story short, Carr had 3 drives in the 4th to take the lead or tie the game and failed miserably.

Saw no issue with the play calling on these drives. How about you guys? @Wamu @Black Adam @Stakesarehigh

Again, easy for the defense because the play calling was predictable as in passing way too much. 36 passes to 19 run plays in a close game, not like they had to throw to get back into the game when they were behind big. You need a balanced offense, not one sided.

It wasn't an accident two juries didn't have enough to indict. Okay so he didn't break the law. But he stretched that line as far as possible. Decent people don't put themselves in situations like that.

If he's close to what is expected does it matter if they have to pay it all as we would want to anyway. If he is a failure we are Fd regardless. In addition, if he gets suspended again, thrown in jail, etc. the Browns don't pay while he is out.

Did you have a problem with the predictable play calling when they scored on every 1st half drive and had a 20-7 halftime lead?
