How did it feel?

Not gonna lie…it’s been 11 years. Even before the 6 run ninth I was having a great time. I forgot the living and dying on every pitch of playoff baseball. Fun day.

That’s the nature of baseball. Anything can happen in a series. They’ve avoided the 3 game series though. Man, you drop Game 1 it gets tough.

True. I just have a feeling that because of how things shook out in their division, the Dodgers haven't really been tested.

The Giants won 107 games last year (and won the division). This year, they were decimated by injuries and when the Padres fell apart, there was no one to challenge the Dodgers.

that- and there are at least 4 really good teams in the Astros, Dodgers, Yanks and Braves.

There is a second tier of pretty good teams too. Mets, Guardians have some advantages....

If Phillies get good performances from their pen they are not bad- Nola and Wheeler is a nice 1-2 combo.

Honestly- just because of how baseball is- I think the Astros are the favorite- id then go Braves- then Dodgers- then Yankees- then Mets--- those are my top 5 teams right now. All have gigantic payrolls.

If the Guardians can beat the Rays and get to the Yanks they have a chance though- I think the Yanks will rightly be pretty big favorites- esp. with how Bieber would only pitch one game in all likelihood- but I dont think the Guardians make it easy on them.

I see it the same way you do. The Phillies are truly a wild card. They’ve been a streaky team all year. It’s all about the pen and the guys after Wheeler Nola. Phil’s need to get Game 2. I don’t like lefty Suarez pitching the equivalent of a Game 7 vs Albert Goldschmidt Arenada.

The Braves Astros Dodgers Yankees are the way I see them in that order. The Braves just have that It Factor. They’ve been really good.

He's kind of a cheesy, rah rah, eternal optimist nerd and it comes off as insincere to some folks and he can be a little cringe because of it, is what I've heard.

For example, when he was on the Seahawks he would end every interview with "Go 'Hawks". Now, with the Bronco's he ends them with "Bronco country. Let's ride" or something.
