I don’t buy it.

If the doc followed the protocol and did everything correctly?

There would be nothing to throw him under the bus for. They said he made multiple mistakes in following the protocol.

Protocols are made to be followed to limit human error. If the protocol isn’t followed, the doc didn’t do his job and it is absolutely fair to doubt his diagnosis.
Thought I said it's fair to doubt his diagnoses......also fair to believe he had to be thrown under the bus.

Think he gets fired if Tua did not get hurt again Thursday? I don't even think we'd be talking about it anymore.

Big win for the Eagles already today. The Saints pick was 6 coming into today and the Vikings held on to beat them. The Europe trip also seems to historically present teams a bit of a hangover lag the week after. Love it.

Man is this going to be a colossal failure for the saints and coup for Philly if the Saints didn't hit on the 2 picks they made in the last draft (too lazy to look).

Still think they end up with 8 or 9 wins. They are not being outclassed really. Just got to clean up the sloppiness and they'll be ok

If Payton was your coach, I’d agree. What’s more likely is Saints continue to lose and they try and deal guys like Thomas and Kamara to replace lost draft capital and start a rebuild. They’re just fucking around anyway until they get a QB.

Thats what you hope to happen. With the talent they have on defense, they're not going to trade Kamara and Thomas by Halloween. Also 2 real home games upcoming including 1 against Seattle. Solid chance they are 3-3 in 2 weeks

Of course he doesn’t get fired.

But that is how it works.

People who are bad at their jobs get lazy and cut corners. They get away with it until something consequential comes as a result of their shoddy work.

Update!

Wifey is under the weather. We don’t have to go to the Baptism party. I’m getting hammered.
Always a good choice.

Wife's daughter wants to get her nails done so we have all 4 of the grandkids for 2 hours. There is a time limit. She has been informed.

I have my first beer of the day.

Allen was a horrible hire.

Allen and McDumbass were both bad hires and it shows early on this season.

Bad hire or not. Point is they both deserved a 2nd chance. In the saints case it was a matter of loyalty so not mad at it and i believe in 2nd chances. Hopefully you never get one in your life
