I don’t disagree. But at the end of the day, what supersedes all of that is public opinion believing that some 40+ accusations mean he is guilty of sexual misconduct. People aren’t going to be upset if his suspension is extended.Not so sure about that.
It would seem a bit disingenuous to bring in a 3rd person who is supposed to be independent, give them the authority to hear the case and decide on punishment, then turn around and go against their ruling.
Especially so when you consider that nothing has been done to owners who are supposedly held to a higher standard.
