No one has served me nothing dumb dicks - the NBA fined Houston for tweeting that they had signed Dwight Howard to a contract and he was now a Rocket when in fact no such deal was in place. Legally they had to wait until 7-10-13 at 12:01 a.m.

I will acknowledge, however that Howard didn't get fined and said nothing. That part is a matter of record, but what I am arguing which Mo and BlackBeltPussy seems to stupid to understand is that the Lakers did not say anything about a contract being signed. They merely announced or confirmed that Howard would not be signing with the Lakers. Had the gm for Houston announced that Howard intended to sign with the Rockets as soon as allowed and said nothing further, then he would not have been fined.

It's that simple you fuckin pricks

Either way - Houston got fined, not Los Angeles and Not Dallas. Both Los Angeles and Dallas released statements that Howard would not be signing with them. Do the fuckin math and it's very easy for even a fuckin retard like blackbeltbitch to figure out. Houston was the fined because Houston is the one that made inappropiate statements in violation of the rule.

Dude - You jumped onto this thread without even a fuckin clue. The op wanted to know why the Lakers did not get fined for violating the moratorium and why Houston alone got fined. It appeared to him that both teams should have been fined.

It's real simple I said - because the Lakers released a statement stating that Howard had decided not to sign with the Lakers. That IS NOT A VIOLATION OF THE MORATORIUM as I also said to him. They made no statements whatsoever about signing any player during the moratorium. Houston did - the confirmed that they had completed a deal which made Howard a Rocket as I also explained to the op. Then you came on with your bitching about what I said on another thread.

I acknowledge Howard never said anything during the moratorium. You was right about that if that really makes your pitiful ass feel better, but it does not change the rule and it does not change the fact that Houston did violate the rule and the Lakers did not violate rule. The shit you and blackbeltAssHole posted makes both of you sound like retards. Just saying

Sorry mammy's boy, but you are the retard. You said that Howard was at fault and guess what stupid, it was the Rockets and Lakers. But for some stupid reason, the Lakers got off with no fine. You really are a dumb shit and a creepy weirdo ass face. Just the facts.

Houston's GM tweeted that Dwight chosed the Rockets and was fined for the announcement. Shouldn't LA's GM also be fined for announcing Dwight's decision not to come back? They both violated the league's free agent moratorium rule.

You obviously don't understand the rule. It's not against the rule to announce that a player is not going to play for your team. During the moratorium, since contract can't be signed or made, any verbal announcement that a player will be playing for you is against the rule. Houston implied they had a verbal agreement on their website. The Lakers announce that they were not going to come to an agreement with Howard, which is what Dallas and Golden State did, also.

But Lakers haters like to go out of their way and claim the Lakers are getting some special treatment.
