i just hope somehow the Cavs can get game 5 and force Durant to actually have some pressure on him.

If Durant wins in 6 or 7---- i will fully give him the credit he would deserve.....he hasnt had any pressure yet....we know he is great as a front-runner with an all time great team behind him.

with some pressure and with the series on the line? I think he will become the choker he has always been. Thats why i hope we see Game 6.
Down 2 with 50 seconds left and hitting a pull up 3 IN Lebron's Face isn't pressure? Lol man...

+ / - for the series on and off court

KD +15 / +10
Lebron +6 / - 31

Lebron is literally putting on a show that might just win him the MVP win or lose.

The Cavs fall apart whenever he rests for a split-second.

He put up better stats in the previous 2 Finals. KD's stats, albeit not better than Lebron's, is still up there and deserving of a Finals MVP should the Warriors win.

I'd argue that his stats - so far - are better in these Finals than either of the previous 2. Definitely better than last year. These Finals aren't over yet, though... smaller sample size so far.

2015: 35.8 points, 13.3 rebounds, 8.8 assists, 40% shooting

2016: 29.7 points, 11.3 rebounds, 8.8 assists, 49% shooting

2017: 31.8 points, 11.8 rebounds, 10.5 assists, 54% shooting

And KD's aren't that far behind him, at least in terms of scoring. His defensive efficiency is also (likely) higher than Lebron's. Needless to say, the narrative that has been spouted the previous 2 Finals in regards to Lebron being the Finals MVP, even if the Warriors win the series doesn't have the legs like it did because of KD.

Agreed. The last two Finals, LeBron was head and shoulders above everyone on both teams. This year, KD is right there with him.

No way can I imagine the Cavs losing and LeBron winning Finals MVP. It would have to go 7 games and Durant would have to have 3 awful games.

up 2-0 in the series with a 14-0 playoff record?

ohhh no. lol

if me or you joined the Warriors instead of KD--- literally-if me or you suited up every night- they would still be in the Finals with a great chance to win.

Yeah, if you wanted to have a conversation about who is actually the most valuable player in this series... I'd go with LeBron 100%

But in terms of the Finals MVP, based on how that award has been handled... as of right now its def going to KD.

Wiggy in here taking people to suplex city, respect.

Is taking people to suplex city, making oneself sound like they forget to breathe on a daily basis? If so, he has the key to that city then.

The fact that you think there was no pressure on KD to make that shot is hilarious. Totally different series if he misses that shot. Likely in a best of 3 situation had he missed that shot. Also if he missed that shot then I'm sure you would have been here the following day bragging about how durant folded in a pressure situation. You're as fake as they make them these days

The series was about to be 2-1, game was over, and ALL the pressure would shift to GS. Cavs were up 11, KD went on a 7-0 run which included a tough shot over Tristan, and a dagger over Lebron. Without KD, they dont win that game. If that's not pressure, I don't know what is

I agree with Wiggy that KD really had no pressure there.

Pressure would have been if they were down 2-0 in the series and he hit that shot to push it to 2-1.

If that was Kyrie Irving doing that in game 3 instead of KD, he'd start bringing up how Irving should be in the conversation of all-time greats.

i mean its just stating the obvious.

are these asswipes really arguing that up 2-0 in the series- that Durant had a ton of pressure on him to hit that shot?

lol....i mean- he misses- they are up 2-1- still have home court- still are heavy favorites. is there something i am missing?

NOW---- if there is a game 6---- THERE will finally be some of the real pressure that KD hasnt had to face since he gagged his balls off last year.
