I was making a point from our conversation yesterday
To me, Rodman kills his team in a mock on the offensive end. Most of these teams, you have to man every player, because if you double, the open guy can kill you. Against a team with Rodman, your PF can literally stand by the basket and double the post or help on drives, because Rodmans range extended to 5' before he started firing airballs. Even inside that, a lot of his rebounds came on grabbing his own clanked layup. Or, you could take your worst defender and let them play him, because other than a put back, he still wouldn't score

He does not need to. Instead of all 5 starters scoring 11-15 points, Jordan(or pick any of the other fantastic scorers on the roster) scores 20 and Rodman scores 4. The end result it the same. There is no shortage of scorers in the NBA. Rodman attempted 5 shots a game, it is not like the 10 shots he did not take never got taken, the shots came from his teammates instead.

The only time there is not an opportunity to score is on a turnover. Rodman not scoring has literally 0 impact when you have 4 other players that excel at it. The fact is he could score close to the basket, his 29th all time FG% shows that. He just understood his role on the team, and played within it.

I would 100% agree if it weren't a mock. I actually love Rodman, just not in this setup

That is fair enough, we will have to disagree with that point. I feel like the value Rodman brings grows exponentially the better the talent around him.

It could, like all these games, the specific matchups will be HUGE. I think there are teams in this that a guy like Rodman might swing be the difference in winning and others where he'd be a bad matchup. Once again. The teams are all loaded

Me too! I'm pretty sure I'm 2nd or 3rd, but I know you've won the most. 500 has won alot, Ritz still has alot of wins, and Smittty has had the best team a few times and lost IMO. And then, if you look at the last 10, we've had, what, 7-8 different winners? Everyone has gotten so damn good, every mock is a coin toss

UK is kinda the Yankees of Mocks.

Even when he's not at his best, he's better than most.

We've all evolved as we've went. No more crazy picks or head scratchers.

The bar has definitely been raised!

I may have won the most but I apparently have forgotten how to draft. I won 9 of the first 24 we did and now have gone 14 without a win...

My son will like that. Ever since he was a little kid, I'd take him to Rangers/Yankees, my whole family decked out in Ranger gear, he's got his Jeter Jersey, Yankees cap....I gotta hand it to Yankees fans, when a little 4 year old used to be in the middle of 20,000 Rangers fans screaming for the Yankees, you'd hear NY fans 3 sections away screaming " we've got your back little man'' lol.

9 wins is 9 wins. I appreciate the kind words, as Smittty said, everyone is great at this now
I personally think 500 may be the best overall

Not a chance

I was just messing with Turkey for saying Hill was as good as Kobe and Bron... But prime Brand was better than Lakers Malone...
