My first thread ever, the Bruins dominate and Brock loves hockey

Biggest differences:

1. There's usually more than 1 goal scored in hockey
2. They attempt more than 1 shot on goal every 20 minutes.
3. Hitting is allowed
4. The game is much faster and cooler to watch
5. Nobody gets killed either during or after the game

1. a 7-14 football game is the same as a 1-2 soccer game
2. by your logic, basketball >>> hockey
3. you can check in soccer but you don't have pads on. much like the old AFL, you put huge pads on Neanderthals and they try to hit as hard as possible.
4. i'm sure brian boitano can go just as fast, doesn't impress me. it's cooler because they're on ice, that's about as cool as it gets.
5. dodgers fans murder people. galaxy fans do not.

In soccer there is mostly nothing going on and then all of a sudden a guy starts sprinting for the ball. Kind of reminds me of when you see a cat just laying there, and then it realizes it should be somewhere else and takes off.

2. I'd rather watch soccer than basketball.
