I think Stafford v Wilson will be a nice horse race this year. You'll notice that Stafford only threw 26 times Sunday. His average attempts in Detroit was 38.
You realize the Rams only ran the ball 23 times? They only had 49 offensive plays to Chicago's 66 plays.

Stafford played on bad Detroit teams with bad defenses.

Jimmy G not so much.

And Carr at 20th? LOL.

What’s SF’s excuse for going 7-27 without Jimmy G under Shanny? You can use the “bad team” excuse all you want but it does apply just as much to San Francisco.

I weigh career accomplishments. Until we’re sure the wheels have fallen off of Rodgers, he can stay near the top.

Career. Carr has the most comeback wins of any current QB.....

They have had trash defenses since Carr has been there.....that's why his winning % is around 43%.

And Rodgers has a Super Bowl ring. That outweighs comeback wins.

So this is career and not this season?

What has Murray done more than Carr?

I rank QBs based on career accomplishments + how they do in season + what I think they’re future potential might be. I think Murray’s future has a lot more promise than some 30 year old stuck in a division with Pat Mahomes. If Carr can play the whole season like he did Monday night, he’ll have a much higher ranking in my own subjective views next year.

Rank them however you want, I’m no expert; just here giving my opinion.

That is still a pretty ridiculous take. To say there is no way for Wilson to be a Top 3 QB is pretty silly.
That would be a ridiculous take. Glad it wasn't mine.

Brady and Rodgers ahead of him and Murray/Stafford/Lamar/Allen as the guys Wilson is in the mix with under that. Murray or Stafford could make a leap into the top tier. But Wilson won't. Brady and Rodgers could both fade and I expect Wilson still wouldn't be top three. Just too much competition.
