I have to say Im not sure I understand the reference.

I do think you're seeing some 'middle of the pack' guys who have been written off and seem to be doing better with experience, better coaching, etc.
subjective with multiple criteria among the masses.

I have no issue with the order for this past season. It's a week-to-week league and most certainly year to year.

I think its important just in terms of identifying who you can count on. It is week to week but there are some QBs who cant stay healthy and some QBs who are getting older. Its not a knock on their talent to suggest that they might not be as reliable moving forward but ultimately injuries happen to every QB and every QB gets older.

I do think QBs as a whole are younger than ever. Certainly on the AFC side. The mobile QB is a variable that certainly can push guys up and down within an organization quickly.

You see Seattle and Detroit near the top of the NFL draft. I think they'd be nuts to draft a QB. Hence, my ranking of Geno and Goff.

Most Seahawks fans would agree with you, but not me. I got no faith Geno will play well next season, his last 6 games were vintage Geno which is to say mediocre. Got this golden opportunity to grab a top prospect at QB, use the cap on someone like Daron Payne DL on the Washington team who is a free agent and likely would cost less to sign then Geno. Payne would be a nice upgrade for the DL, use the 5th on which ever of the top 3 QBs is left, then they still have some premium picks to address the other needs like inside LBs, center, guard ect.

I am shocked to be saying this, but Goff should be much higher if it is based on just this year. By almost any stat he is an easy top 10.

Purdy may end up earning a top 10, but not after 5 games.

I guess the disconnect is that I don't like Levis. It does seem I'm in the minority on that

Aaron Rodgers is no#1 He is not sure if he will stay with GB or go to another team but says that can still win another MVP , who cares about missing playoffs or winning a SB. Teams should pay 50 mill a year for an MVP, Lombardi's are irrelevant!! I I I I I I, no we, us , team, etc

Because Allen hit his potential players like that are popular again. Easy to forget the many like him that did not pan out. I would not want to take the gamble on him as early as it would take.

How would the Lions offense and Goff do with McCaffrey, Deebo & Kittles as options?

Purdy may turn out to be the real deal but he couldn't have landed in a better situation. Nice Cinderella story so far, but 6 games shouldn't even qualify him for any sort of ranking.

What gets me is why is Levis considered the athletic marvel without the tape? If anyone should be getting the draft loved based purely on physical talent it should be Richardson. Same long shot as Levis, WAY higher ceiling.

Richardson is tough because as a thrower he is about as raw as Haskins (RIP) coming out. Maybe that doesn't matter if he can Josh Allen his way out of a sack 70% of the time. Id imagine if he ever learns the position he is unblitzable but it might take your team 30 games to figure out if he ever learns the position.

I see Mac Jones when I look at Levis. I actually dont think he is a project actually watching his film and not just relying on memory. Older QB, NFL friendly system. Just not a lot of production. It is against SEC talent but some of it is just dumping it off to Wandale Robinson and letting him do most of the work. Big arm. Touch on deep passes. Takes risks.

Yeah, I don't get the Levis hype.

. QB WILL LEVIS, KENTUCKY

Levis fought to keep his head above water week in and week out against SEC competition. He’ll be battle-tested for the NFL. Levis played through turf toe for much of the 2022 season but earned a 90.6 overall grade when healthy under former Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator Liam Coen in 2021.

QB ANTHONY RICHARDSON, FLORIDA

Richardson oozes ability. His highlight reel from his lone season as a starter rivals any you’ll see from a college prospect. He’s still a project, though, and finished with an 80.1 overall grade in 2022.
