What gets me is why is Levis considered the athletic marvel without the tape? If anyone should be getting the draft loved based purely on physical talent it should be Richardson. Same long shot as Levis, WAY higher ceiling.
More I've watch Levis the less I like him. Looks like a dink and dunker, but to be fair his OL is soooooo bad that maybe that's why he dinks and dunks? I don't think he's a physical marvel either, but big guy and not afraid to run. Richardson is a physical marvel, but very little experience and it shows with him making what seems like silly mistakes. Yes he's a project but with the highest upside in the draft at QB, but a lot of risk with him also.

A breakdown I watched on Richardson said his presnap processor is plenty good, but after then snap if the read he expects is not there he struggles. Only 12 starts and his turnover ratio halved in the last 6. He is a huge gamble, if you expect Hurts improvement over his first few years you will be disappointed I think.
