3 wild pitches in an inning for Paxton. The last one scored a guy from 2nd. Mariners Baseball I guess
That inning was very "little league"3 wild pitches in an inning for Paxton. The last one scored a guy from 2nd. Mariners Baseball I guess
chris taylor trending nationally for a slam, and a single away from the cycle
Ugly game for sure. The rest of this month is going to be hard to watch. Should get a little easier with the schedule in aug/sept, but maybe too late by then.
Gonna have to make a decision to sell before it gets easier. Would say you are looking at maybe having to finish the month 8-5 or they should probably sell. Too many teams to chase and I dont see them catching Houston or Texas at this point. Boston and Toronto look good too. Competition for the WC seems better this year then the last couple of years.
I went to my first game of the season tonight.... Boy that was exciting...
To me the problem is the Mariners aren't really in a position to sell. Who are they going to deal that will really net them anything other than more AAAA guys?
Don't seem to have an answer for Houston lately.
Yep, and I'm sure quite a few 1 run losses in there. Will be tough to stay in the race if we cannot do better against those teams.8-15 against Texas and Houston. You could argue that's the difference in the standings right now.

Well, at least they snuck out a win today .... Hopefully they can win the series... Man our closer needs to look players back better, he handed 3rd base away on that steal and you just have to do a better job keeping runners close... That steal could a been huge, but luckily we survived it...
I think you all owe me for today's win. I am no longer NWinAZ. After a 24.5 hour drive, I am now NWinNW. I moved my family back after 8 years to the date in AZ. I wll never make that drive again, but happy to be back home. I might even make the 2 hour drive up to Seattle to catch a game this year...I might.
You are welcome!
