I'm Glad the next victim up is the Bucs. Bucs at home only 2.5 favorites. RAMS play well against Tampon Bay. They're missing AB and Godwin. That is huge. I like the RAMS chances.

RAMS are stepping it up now. Brady can't move that well. RAMS D-line will put pressure on him and jump the short routes. TB pass defense isn't that good either. I really like this match up. But he is TOM BRADY.

I disdained the idea of signing Beckham Jr when it first came down the pike and I must admit I thought bringing him to the Rams was going to be a Antonio Brown experience but I guess a second large plate of crow should be served-up for another round of Tabasco because I apparently was dead wrong about this whole affair.

OBJ will probably thrive under McVego and re-sign with the Rams. Turns out that the contract he signed with the Rams was incentive-laden and with his performance last evening, he earned a tidy half-a-mil bonus. He'll continue to reap those bonuses with each playoff win that continues. I guess the next win will be $750,000.

Turns out Beckham can throw similar to the skills of Hekker and last evening he proved it with that roll-out sweep toss to Cam Akers for 40 some yards. Check-out the vid!!

My questions about Odell faded once Woods got injured (which was the next day I think). Fortuitous timing for sure.

Tough for me to be totally pessimistic when you look at the crazy years from 1999 to 2019. Yeah we botched the TuTu pick. Yeah we botched the Goff contract. Yeah Mcvay panics at times and goes from really good to bad quickly. But overall we’ve won 3 division titles in 5 years in the toughest division in football.

Add the fact that this is Staffords first year here and he’s been on non-winning teams for years.

But the Jalen and Stafford trades were really good. I don’t think late 1st round draft picks are nearly as valuable as top 10 picks. Even the RG3 trade we were 50-50 on 2 top 10 picks.

Yes this team needs to compete for 4 quarters.

I really only challenged three aspects all season...

1. The Stafford trade value right after an early extended Goff contract.
2. The Martz 2.0 play calling. AND
3. The BBDB Defense. (It worked, but it was never pretty!)
