For as big as the game one week ago was, this is as big, if not bigger in that a win this week (Tuesday night) fuels consideration of second tier playoff spots (wildcard) as a viable alternative against a division title, practically lost against the Cowboys. A Washington win, and there are going to be an avalanche of questions, and points of view, directed at their near certain lock on a wildcard playoff berth. An Eagles win and most will concede that such a berth will require some luck and a near perfect finish.

The concern is palatable, Washington has been hit hard by infections, so much so, that this game had to be postponed until Tuesday night. Now there are questions about fielding a team that's strong enough to be competitive and/or have the ability to win this pivotal game. Not to be over-looked, there's hope, on the other side, that an equally invested Eagles squad won't fall victim to its own surge in Covid infections, perhaps, causing the NFL to move this game yet again. There are real playoff implications involved here, with the winner exiting with a fairly firm grip on its chances to be a part of the postseason. Good luck on Tuesday, here are the usual questions.

1. Who wins this game?

2. Final score?

3. Player(s) of the game?

4. Memorial moment, event or play, that will have everyone talking on Sunday night and Monday mornings?

1. Who wins this game? Eagles

2. Final score?
28-14

3. Player(s) of the game? Washington medical and training staff.

4. Memorial moment, event or play, that will have everyone talking on Sunday night and Monday mornings? Because of the inability to properly prepare for this one, while the Eagles have enjoyed major time off and reasonable health, I have feelings that I cannot shake of the "Body Bag" game (Nov 12, 1990) Note the predicted final score, and absence of a number of players entering this one. Unless Philadelphia is suddenly hit with an equal amount of C-19 case, or Washington is able to clear more guys at gametime, they have a decided advantage.

scenario 1 - Kyle Allen or TH start

Skins win 20-17
Terry and AG
covid depleted still wins, Eagles are garbage

scenario 2 - Gilbert Grape starts

Eagles win 20-17
Hurts and RBs
covid depleted loss, Eagles are still garbage

i think with the game being moved back changes my concerns a bit . our d/line will be back sims will be back but qb is still a concern

i am rolling the dice and saying gilbert can be good enough to squeak out a win 20 to 18

we have to stop Butt hurts from running because last year before he got yanked he was killing us .

beginning to think its gonna be Fu Min chew that we are gonna see

my reasoning - Hurts being saved for next 3 games to give extra healing time to high ankle sprain. without mobility, Hurts really is nothing scary
