Geno said he didn't hear Wanker call for the ball, but after that first inning he didn't trust him to actually get to it. Then Wanker fails to get to another one and allows a double that later scores. Most would have caught it and ended the inning.

I know they basically broke Kelenic, but at this point even his mental issues can't be worse, nor break him forever worse than having a guy out there that the rest of the team knows can't field, has a noodle for an arm, can't hit for power, can't hit for average, and has no speed. He's a complete 0 tool guy.
