ESPN made a poll to determine what fans of each team think is that team's most memorable play. The three choices are: The Tip, Largent's hit on Harden and Beast Quake. There are more memorable plays than just those three, but those were the only three listed. Tough choice, but The Tip got the Seahawks back to the Super Bowl, so I voted for that one. Right now, Beast Quake is running away with the vote (pun intended).

1991 Vikes at Falcons, Cris Carter made the most amazing catch I've ever seen... Not really an important play but it has always stood out to me.

I voted "the tip" as well, but "beast quake" was a close second for me.

I've probably watched that slow-mo replay of the tip about 50 times and EVERY stinking time my eye gets distracted by that chubby reporter lady who kind of hops up in the air at the same time. Even when I try not to see her I just can't help it. I need some help.

Romo bobbled catch on a FG attempt should be at least worth a mention.

This play and the Tip by Sherman .... Obviously the Sherman play was bigger because of the situation.. BUT THIS PLAY was epic ....

I voted Beast Quake. It was the upset of the century so it has to be #1. The Largent hit will be remembered FOREVER but it wasn't a play. When the refs threw the flag, everything that happened on that play was wiped out, the only thing that remained was the image of the HIT other than that there was no "play" so it can not be voted "best play".

I went with the Beast Quake. As an old timer, I fondly remember the Largent hit. However, the Beast Quake is "the play" where our current team found their soul that will represent the Pete Carrol era. May that era last a long freak'n time.

That's a good point... It did kinda define the era...

Beast Quake gave us a glimpse of the future. Up to that point, Whitehurst, Hasselbeck and hundreds of roster moves was all there was and it seemed very unclear what the philosophy of the program was going to be. We can all see it now, in hindsight, but at the time, it was like "oh, oh, I see where this could be going. Wear them down, chew the clock, strike down the field deep with the receivers, then wear them down some more."

If this could be a play, I would nominate it. "With the 75th pick in the 2012 NFL draft, the Seattle Seahawks select..."
