This draft gives the team flexibility down the road.I stead you have multiple first rounders coming up for second contracts in the same season.

If we take the best TE do we stay at 16 or should we trade down for either a TE or OLWith the OL additions I don't see that as big of a need as it was a month ago. With Fuller and BSJ I just don't see corner as the dire need as other do either. So rather than reach to fill an immediate big time need I hope they take the best player at a need position. That could be CB, LB, OL or maybe take the best tight end in the draft with their first pick. They are in big need of an impact TE and I don't see Thomas returning to where he was several years ago.

I would add qbFor the first time in a while, it seems like the fans/posters view the following as needs:
OL
CB

This might be the first time I can remember that we are all aligned in what we are looking for.
I finally did a full draft and this is what I got. I also picked up picks in 2024:
Seattle 2024, rounds 3, 6, and 7
LV 2024 round 3
Dallas 2024 rounds 4 and 6
TB 2024 rounds 4 and 6

I am a big fan of additional picks in future drafts because they should come a round earlier.Pretty good!!
The two things that are really impressive about this draft are...
1. Additional 2024 draft picks
2. No wasted picks on a late-round (3rd down) QB.
The odds indicate that Baltimore will match any offer for Jackson. That said, whether they will or not has nothing to do with making the attempt. Now, there is a way to acquire Jackson without giving up a boatload of draft capital (meaning more than two picks)Well here is our real problem . I agree we should be stock piling future draft picks so we can make a run at one of the qbs coming out next season .
the issue is we have a FO that’s under the gun to win now without being able to use FA resources so instead of trading back and getting more picks they wont for fear of not being able to use them
in my opinion the only way you can sign a Jackson like qb is to acquire lots of draft picks and draft well until cap space can be used
I guarantee you this. Next year with another finish similar to these prior seasons, there will be far too many against moving up in the 2024 draft because of the same old tired reasons that have been trotted out year after year, after year.Well here is our real problem .
