He wouldn't be in the playoffs if he played all 82 games. He was scheduled to have 2 games off this week anyway. He was originally scheduled to miss the Charlotte game before the Chalmers suspension and one of these games on this B2B set so since he played in Charlotte they gave him both games of this set off....Makes sense to me

Are you saying he should retire because his knee doesn't feel 100% today?

I would say he feels he is too hurt to play tonight, so for the day, he did call it quits.

Reality is, the Heat should be able to beat the Magic without any of the Big 3.

The worst thing that could happen to the Heat did though.

Quick starts often lead to quick laziness.

When you watch watch Jones can do whenever he's giving an opportunity, combined with what Lewis and Beasley have added, I don't think it's unreasonable to say that UD should be the player only getting garbage minutes most nights, and Battier should be playing, but playing less.
