The right sub patterns will be made, as well as the adjustments, as always - what they will need to do then is execute which is what is most important and that comes from the players

I actually don't see any adjustment by Cleveland to be honest. Lebron and Love made 2 tough shots and they got a fastbreak score

I don't get Spo.

He let Wade play much longer in the first quarter than he does in the 3rd quarter.

It should be vice versa since the 3rd quarter is obviously more important than the first
