Crabtree or Harvin?
This really is a tough call to me because Harvin has so much more upside, but there just always seems to be something wrong with him. There is no way he will ever play 16 games in a season. Crabtree really had a breakout year last year and was a monster with Kaep quarterbacking. I honestly think that Crabtree is the safer bet at this point although, I admit it, I am a sucker and end up drafting Harvin's "potential" every year even though he ends up making me regret it most of the time. Drafing potential can cause you to win a league, but it will more than likely cause you to lose it. Drafting consistency is always a better idea.
Alright guys, question for you.
14 team keeper league, Non-PPR. To keep a player, you must give up a pick 4 rounds higher than where you drafted that player the year before and free agent pick-ups are not keeper eligible, so there aren't many viable options.
I am thinking about targeting either Crabtree or Harvin near the end of the draft to give me a good keeper option next year, with a possible bonus of a late season return that I would not be counting on.
Which guy would you target, of those 2? I am not sure which one is safer at this point.
