Well agents get paid when players get paid. I would blame a lot of it on agents.
When I was reading up on agents (because of a whole different debate) They said there are a couple high maintenance guys, but most part not much trouble.
I think a player thinks. I have an agent for a reason. he knows the business side & I dont. So if the agent says hold out & I can get you X or more. The player is gonna listen to his agent. (As he should) That is why the guy hired an agent. So if I had to venture a guess. I would say most times it was the agent creating/starting the issues, not the player.

Well that is the issue. It would be interesting to have an analysis of how many players have been overpaid, and how many have actually delivered, in the field.

The Chargers can be just as good without him. Whatever the Chargers deal is. I dont see them going up at all.

Zeke I believe will still be negotiated with, but if we hit week 1 & no deal. Then I will get interested. (right now I am just in wait & see mode) because I think Jerry goes full jones mode at that point. probably turn into the dick route of tagging him & making him play the contract he has.

Running backs are getting fucked. They take a pounding and do not get financially rewarded for it. All their contemporaries make more money and for longer.
