MBBRL Suicide League Draft Thread 2014

Took a look at my team for the first time since we drafted. Can I swap it with the Barbarians team? :rollseyes:

Good luck this week TREFF! I love this league but I would love it more if Rodgers throws no picks and one long ass TD to Cobb.....................in my money league I have Cobb going against his Seattle D. MFL has Cobb projected at 5 points. I see Cobb having a better game than Jordy myself.

Not having a kicker in suicide is a huge disadvantage... Not happy!!!

My KOTF squad started two guys and put a whopping 12 points on the board. My Suicide squad started three guys and put up 53 points.

How wacky is that? The Saints cut both kickers. Then resign Graham since he's the best FA available. Barilko gets his same kicker back and he'll be kicking for the same team.

MBBRL suicide wk 1 results

Can't seem to locate the MBBRL suicide league thread, so I'll put it in here for now..

Foot has the high score in week one 123, barely edging Treff's 121. Apparently Brees+Calvin+J. Thomas hard to beat

Funny. I was extremely close to picking Bradshaw in our Coma league. Which would have given me the better backs in coma (Ingram/Bradshaw), as opposed to the suicide (Richardson, Thomas and Robinson). I've heard of irony, coincidence and chance.... what would that have been called?

Week 2 recap

There was a tie at 112 points for this weeks high score, congrats to Chef, and well, me! Good thing because this was the only league I did worth a damn in. To the results!

Treff over Lefty 112-69, Lefty's bigger loss in this one is Ryan Mathews out for a while.

SAm over Barilko, 85-71, Big day from Gio couldn't erase the 0 from La. Green or overcome Sam's Foster.

Foot over Fuzzy, 81-64, Much like Fuzzy's KOTF team, much of his score came from a select few, Forte, Colston, Nicks, Gronk and T. Smith combined for 7 points. Unlike the KOTF team, it wasn't enough here, Watkins finally cashes in on one of Foot's many checks

Chef over Monkey, 112-62, Big days from Luck and Graham plus no zeros equals a good day for Chef

TKO over Joe, 86-71, Joe was already without a kicker, ended up without a RB1 as well.

Tlance over Ram, 90-59, Tlance escaped with a W, but half his team is questionable next week. Ram looses RGIII, but had the foresight to snag Rivers as plan B.

Joe nearly doubles up on Ram, 129-66, Ryan, and Julio, and Bears, oh my

Foot edges Chef, 80-76, the zero from Roddy White looms large..especially with 7 from Jennings and 5 from Tate sitting on the bench
