wk 4 review

Foot still dominate at 4-0 in the suicide..as Jack Palance would say, Believe it...or not

Treff over Ram, 97-88, Rodgers and Cobb were about all I had, and thanks to Sproles and Pitta's zeros, its all I needed

Foot over Barilko, 74-59, Drew Brees and Lamar Miller showed the way, even with Foot having no defense and no TE. Tom Brady is just killing Barilko

Fuzzy over Joe, 128-100, A high scoring affair with Stafford, Murray and Forte on the winning side, Ryan, Charles and Wayne in the losing effort. Not sure that Prater would've scored 28, but it's a glaring 0 in a game like this one. One more week and you'll have a kicker Joe!

Chef over Tlance, 91-84, neither team had a defense in this one, and zeros from DJAX and J. Reed hurt Tlance in trying to overcome's Luck's big day for Chef.

SAm over TKo, 69-33, It looks like TKO drafted with the idea of playing dead this week. Bye weeks for his QB, WR1, TE, and kicker give Sam the easy win, even with the second lowest score of the week.

RR
Treff 3-1 388
Lefty 2-2 338
Barilko 2-2 307
SAm 2-2 295

CC
Foot 4-0 357
Chef 3-1 392
Fuzzy 1-3 364
Monkey 1-3 298

SEPPUKU
Tlance 3-1 355
TKO 2-2 285
Joe 1-3 391
Ram 0-4 296

It would appear that Foot has been the benefactor of favorable scheduling, and Joe has been a victim of the same.

Prater released. .. As far as kickers go. . That's huge news

So much for getting him back after the suspension. Somebody sign this kid!

Note to SF: That river Dawson kid is hitting only 75% of his field goals.
Note to Cincy: Nugent is Paralyzed hitting only 64% of his field goals.
Note to KC: Santos "the fresh maker" is hitting only 67%.
Note to Motown: Freese froze at 43% and now O Henery is at 53%.

Since I need the K points, I'd even be happy if Prater signs with TEN, TB, CLE or JAC who all have less-than stellar kickers.

Yet another reason why I love you guys. . The connections you all can make with these names and pop culture references just blows me away. That kind of stuff just doesn't come to me. Nicely done Joe

That was prior to Sunday. Henery is down to 50% on the season.

Down 42 with Wilson, lynch, SEA, DJax and reed left. In other words, either the Redskins totally shut the Seahawks down, or my fantasy team wins. Which is more likely?

Nice win, Ram! Looks like Ridley over Ball would have given us a tie...:bawling:

Also looks like Sammy is gonna clobber me.

It's suicide, I tell ya!

MBBRL Suicide wk5

DOWN goes the Foot....hard! TKO dealt Foot his first loss of the season, and it was in convincing fashion, 100-54, Chris JOhnson, Mike Evans, Toby Gerhert, Caleb Sturgis and Calvin Johnson combined for 2 points on Foot's team..yeah, that'd do it

Monkey over Barilko, 84-68, D. Thomas had exactly half of Barilko's total points scored en route to the win.

Lefty squeeks by Fuzzy, 90-88. Lefty was able to overcome a zero from Ryan Mathews, even though Fuzzy's entire teams had at least 2. Pitt defense was a big factor for Lefty in this one.

Ram over Chef, 94-78. Apparently a 20+ point kicker wasn't a lock for a win. Chef had Gostkowski's 21, but not a whole lot else, whereas Ram had huge days from Lacy and Rivers

Sam over Joe, 92-72. Foster led the way for Sam in this one, but at least Joe finally has a kicker!

And in the biggest blowout of the week, Tlance crushed Treff, 123-84. Massive scores for Manning, DJAX, and Phil Dawson (see..that 20 point kicker again!!)

RR
Treff 3-2 472
Lefty 3-2 428
Sam 3-2 378
Barilko 2-3 375

CC
Foot 4-1 411
Chef 3-2 470
Monkey 2-3 382
Fuzzy 1-4 452

Seppuku
Tlance 4-1 470
TKO 3-2 385
Joe 1-4 463
Ram 1-4 370

Fuzzy continues to have bad luck on the schedule, while Foot's luck ran out, for at least one week.

Wk 6 quick recap

Ram over Barilko, 67-57. 31 from Rivers led the way, even though Bar had strong days from Gio, and the Niner's D

Joe over Foot, 69-57. No big days from any of Joe's guys, but pretty consist scores top to bottom, while Foot had to absorb zeros from Hartline and Manziel, who was no doubt a desperation hail mary due to Brees's bye week

Lefty takes down TKO, 116-91, Kaepernick and Hilton prove too much for TKO's Peyton Manning led attack

Treffover Monkey, 92-79. Rodgers and McCoy overcome strong days from Ben Tate and DT.

SAm one ups Chef, 83-82, gotta love those single point victories! (helluvalot better than a tie though right Bandit?) SAm rides Foster's big day past Chef's Andrew Luck..lucky for SAm that Graham was on bye/hurt

And in the game of the week, Fuzzy barely escapes Tlance, 107-106. Going without a defense this week, Fuzzy was able to overcome a fully loaded lineup. A combined 74 between Murray, Forte and T. Smith being the key factor. Tlance was steady across the board with all but one player scoring 9 or better, but in the end it was just a tiny bit too little

RR

Treff 4-2 564
Lefty 4-2 544
SAm 4-2 470
Barilko 2-4 432

CC (not really sure how the standings are almost the opposite of points scored here)
Foot 4- 2 468
Chef 3- 3 553
Monkey 2-4 461
Fuzzy 2-4 560

SEPPUKU
Tlance 4-2 584
TKO 3-3 476
Joe 2-4 532
Ram 2-4 437

Week 7 recap

Chef topples Joe, 109-90. Golden Tate, Andrew Luck, and Stepfan Taylor..who? Yes the living, breathing, typo came up big for Chef in this one.

Tlance over Lefty, 77-62. MJD and Leffrey came up with zilch as Romo leads Tlance to victory.

Monkey beats Sam, 77-55. Even without a defense and an injured TE, Monkey was able to overcome SAm's full squad...yes Fred Jackson counts

Foot over Treff, 97-78. Didn't really need much from Texans and Wheaton monday night, got very little as Foot walks away with this one. Big day from Watkins for Foot.

And the game of the week saw Fuzzy edge Ram, 108-103. Seems to happen quite often that the second highest scoring team for the week, faces the top scoring team, doesn't it? I think it's rigged..
Both teams had double digit scores from %90 of their lineup, but Fuzzy had the only one in the 20's with Matt Forte

RR
Treff 4-3 642
Lefty 4-3 606
Sam 4-3 525
Barilko 2-5 496

Seppuku
Tlance 5-2 661
TKO 4-3 557
Joe 2-5 622
Ram 2-5 540

CC
Foot 5-2 565
Chef 4-3 662
Fuzzy 3-4 668
Monkey 3-4 537
