Wow fuzzy. Bad luck. 668 points for and a 3-4 record to show for it.

This has been the story of my FFB season this year. I am near the lead in pts scored in most every league. I am also near or at the lead in most pts against in most every league. My record including Coma and Suicide is 28-28 year to date. But to be fair there have been other years where my comparative scoring has been mediocre and I've ended on top.

wk 8 recap

MOnkey takes down TKO 66-57, TKO had Peyton..and, thats pretty much it

The Foot bests Tlance, 89-62, Breees and Watkins prevail over the kicker-less Tlance

Treff edges Joe, 89-83, Rodgers to Cobb continues to be my best play, even though I LEFT MACLIN ON THE BENCH for friggin Welker!! Joe and his Bears are happy that we never let D's go negative in suicide land.

Ram topples SAm, 116-106. a combined 57 for Foster and Fitzgerald wasn't enough to overcome the 55 point head start on Thursday from Rivers and Sanders

Fuzzy blows by Barilko, 133-107. Stafford, Murray, Gronk and Forte all checked in at 20 or more, Barilko countered with 44 from Brady, but lacking a defense this week, just couldn't hang with Fuzzy.

And in the Suicide game of the week, Chef battled Lefty to a 104-104 tie!. Chef is down to only a single healthy RB, but Lefty evened the the score with only one active RB due to injuries, suspensions, and bye's.

RR
Treff 5-3 731
Lefty 4-3-1 710
SAm 4-4 631
Barilko 2-6 603

CC
Foot 6-2 654
Chef 4-3-1 766
Fuzzy 4-4 801
Monkey 4-4 603

Seppuku
Tlance 5-3 723
TKO 4-4 614
Ram 3-5 656
Joe 2-6 705

Fuzzy continues to dominate in total points scored, yet only has a .500 record to show for it

Wk 9 recap

Tlance nearly doubles up monkey, 103-54. Dawson, Reed and SHorts were the only members of Tlance's squad to not score ten or more.

Lefty topples Joe, 87-59. Led by the strong trio of WR's (Hilton, Brown and Boldin), Lefty was able to overcome the 33 from Joe's Ryan Tannyhill.

Fuzzy beats Sam, 79-63. Pretty lackluster day all the way around in this one, Gronk and Foster lead each team respectively, but not one single 0!

Chef and Barilko fought to a tie at 82. This makes the second tie in a row for Chef. Uncanny! Barilko got 35 from Brady, and was missing Boykin, but got somewhat of a gift from the schedule God's as Chef was without 2 RB's and a WR on the week.. Awfully impressive to reach 82 points with three zeros from such important positions.

The Foot kicks Ram, 114-84, Only Hartline and Wallace checked in under nine points for Foot in this one, and Mike Evans led the way with his 24. Ram's leading scorer was Adam Vinateri at 19. Ram was also another unfortunate victim of Phillip Rivers.

Treff defeats TKO 100-71. Treff was sans kicker this week, but Maclin and Flacco outlasted the TE-less, Peyton Manning led, TKO team.

RR
Treff 6-3 831
Lefty 5-3-1 797
SAm 4-5 694
Bar 2-6 685

CC
Foot 7-2 768
Chef 4-3-2 848
Fuzzy 5-4 880
Monkey 4-5 655

SEPPUKU
Tlance 6-3 826
TKO 4-5 685
Ram 3-6 740
Joe 2-7 764

Fuzzy continues to lead the league in points, yet currently stands on the outside looking in at the playoffs.

Wk 10 recap

Chef over TKO, 85-60. Peyton did his best, but the rest of TKO position players combined for 5 points as Chef rides Graham and MCCown to victory.

Tlance almost triple played Barilko, 148-54. 40 from Lynch, 27 from Nelson, added to a minimum of 10 from every other position except TE who was on a bye..that's a pretty good formula to win with.

The Foot stomps on Sam, 93-59 Big Days from Julius THomas, Brees and Evans, while Big Ben falls back to earth for Sammy.

Joe doubles up Monkey, 89-39. NO particularly big days from Joe, but consistently decent. Monkey had an injured TE, no kicker, and a zero from TWill and Stacy in a losing effort.

Ram gets the right upperhand on Lefty, 98-75. Going into battle without a QB, Dez Bryant, Emmanuel Sanders, and some great garbage time for Benji spelled victory for Ram, even against a full strength Lefty led squad.

Treff over Fuzzy, 103-78. Fuzzy had no Gronk this week, I had no defense, but I did have Aaron Rodgers

RR
Treff 7-3 934
Lefty 5-4 872
SAm 4-6 753
Barilko 2-7-1 739

CC
Foot 8-2 861
Chef 5-3-2 933
Fuzzy 5-5 956
Monkey 4-6 694

SEPPUKU
Tlance 7-3 974
Ram 4-6 838
TKO 4-6 745
Joe 3-7 853

IF the season ended today, the playoff teams would be;
#1 Foot vs #4 Chef
#2 Tlance vs #3 Treff

Regular season ends after week 14, so only 4 contests left, still no teams technically eliminated, although at 4.5 out of the division lead, Barilko needs a miracle, ditto for Monkey and Joe both 4 games out of a division lead, but all within the realm of possibility, barely, for the wild card spot should the cards fall their way.

Week 11 recap

Tlance blasts Sam, 92-60. Wilson Lynch and Nelson lead the way as poor Sam couldn't muster more than 14 from anyone on the team.

Treff over Chef, 101-60. Rodgers Cobb and Maclin prove too much for Chef to handle with only Andrew Luck having a better than average day.

Foot continues his winning ways over Left, 85-62. lefty was sans TE and Kicker this week, and Foot had Mike Evans..ouch

Ram slipped past Monkey, 90-85. Ram was also without a TE, but Monkey was forced to field a team consisting of zeros from Tate, Stacy and Rudolph.

TKO gets a ten count on Fuzzy, 94-59. With no kicker, and only Gronk and Forte hitting more than ten, Fuzzy was easy prey for TKO, led by a big 20 spot from Greg the Leg

Joe over Barilko, 95-80. Barilko was already short a WR, and lost another one in the course of this matchup, with Cooks going down. CHarles led the way for Joe in this one.

RR
Treff 8-3 1035
Lefty 5-5 934
Sam 4-7 813
Barilko 2-8-1 818

CC
Foot 9-2 946
Chef 5-4-2 993
Fuzzy 5-6 1015
Monkey 4-7 779

SEPPUKU
Tlance 8-3 1066
Ram 5-6 928
TKO 5-6 839
Joe 4-7 948

Current playoff Seeds, #1 FOot, #2 Treff, #3 Tlance, WC Chef
With only 3 games left in the regular season, Foot has secured a division win without any need of a tie breaker.
Ram and Lefty could still tie for their division leads.

IN Lefty's case it would depend on him winning out, Treff losing three straight, including the head to head week 13 match up, and then the points would determine the division lead.

For Tlance, he also would have to win out, and Ram to lose three straight, but, Tlance already holds a 1-0 advantage in the tie breaker over Ram, with another meeting scheduled in week 13. Should Ram win this game, he'd clinch the division regardless

Only Barilko has been eliminated from potential playoffs, as everyone else still can stake a claim to the WC.

Foot is having a better than usual season. 5 wins both times in the A league, 5 wins in the Suicide League last year, 6 wins in the B league last year... and now 9 wins in the Suicide and 6 in the B league with three weeks to go.

A quieter Foot, and a more effective one.

wk 12 recap

Tlance edges Joe- 109-100. Romo and ODB were just too much for Joe to overcome, especially without Olsen at TE.

Foot steps on the Monkey, 87-67. D.T. scored big for Monkey, but a combined 20 from all other position players spelled his doom

Ram and TKO duked it out to a 103-103 tie. That's the third tie this year in the suicide league, and first that didn't involve Chef. Neither team had a TE in this one, but were otherwise full strength. A disappointing zero from TKO's Micheal FLoyd who did play the entire game was most likely the culprit here.

Fuzzy beats up the Chef, 91-69. Chef could only muster 4 points between his two Rb's and a WR..Fuzzy got that from Riley friggin Cooper.

Treff over Sam, 89-41. I caught quite the break in this one as SAm was without Big Ben, Heath Miller, and the Panthers D.

Lefty doubles up Barilko, 112-56. Barilko got 23 form Brady, and another 9 points from the remaining position players, including 4 zeros. ouch baby, very ouch.

So with only two weeks to go, I'll do my best to give a quick rundown of the playoff spots, although given the current confusion on the tie breakers, I hope I don't get one wrong.

Firstly, the current seeds are--
#1 Foot
#2 Tlance
#3 Treff
#4 Lefty

Division races-
In Russian Roulette, Treff holds a 2.5 game advantage over Lefty, and with only 2 games remaining, has locked up the division title. Lefty still has the inside track to that wild card though.

IN Cyanide Capsule, Foot claimed that title outright last week, and continues to run away with it. Fuzzy is still very much alive in the wild card race at 6-6

In Seppuku, Tlance has claimed a division title as well with a 3.5 game lead on TKO and Ram. Rather ironic that this weeks tie between Ram and TKO basically eliminated the both of them from the division race. Had either won, there would still be hope for that team.

The Wildcard-
Currently held by Lefty at 6-5-1, the other contenders are Fuzzy at 6-6, Chef 5-5-2, and Tko and Ram both at 5-6-1.
One more loss, or tie, from TKO or Ram, or a Lefty win, and they are eliminated. Still some wiggle room for the remaining three teams though

A small side note of irony-- Joe who has been officially eliminated from the playoffs, has scored more points than the current #1 seed Foot, and the #4 seed Lefty.

Thanks for looking beyond the numbers. It is ironic. But fantasy is all about opportunity at times. Four of my 8 losses was by a combined 20 points. I could blame the schedule, but that's just the way it goes sometimes.

Hey Foot - I just took a look at your lineup in our matchup this week.

Holy Crap, dude...nice job. That's a lineup I wouldn't be unhappy to have in a regular league.
