at least shrum...is doing ..it right....for now...with a 468 ave...hate to see him sign with oakland...cuz he will

parker could play..2b/3b..at aqua sox...his FLD..as a ss...i would not put him there...i would go 2B..first..but parker can hit ...he does that well
James ParkerClemsonSS.324.411.500.9115221033681308387245113
68 hits..rbis..38...strike ous...51..thats a few to many

so if they seem..to have ..everything but 1B at aqua sox..covered..and they could pro use one or two outfields still

what i like..in a baseball player...is for..that payer to..be able to..FLD..the position...then..we can work on how well..

now..a .bad fld..for me..is 920.. 930 is low..if they start getting up..into..the 945..and above..then..ya have to judge if ...the player has more...

or not...for infield..athletes..start..at ss...in out field..at cf...if they cant handle..ss or cf..then they get pushed to the side

a player at ss..that is challenged by....... range, or arm..could move to 2b........and be a star..there......that is a basic..move ..from collage..to..pros(minors)
that we can see a bit of this year..with matt mclane..of ucla..who was struggling at ss..with range..nd sense we see that he was struggling
for me it was auto-matic..
he is a 2B..and will be a fabulous..2B..cuz even at ss..at ucla..he raised his fld..from..952..to 962 or so..by the end...to me that also means..he is willing to work hard..and that means a lot.
but i am getting a bit off track...so next..is challenged..by range..at 2B..where.. arm ...should not be an issue..then..if they do have enough arm..they may be a 3b

so a 3B..could be a guy..who..is challenged by range...but not..by arm.

.a 2b is a guy challenged by range at ss..but not 2B.........challenged by arm..at ss and 3b

a ss is not challanged..at all by either..and may play cf as well....
a cf..can make..all the throws..from cf..to at least the ss or 2B..can run down..all the fly balls in his area...

if he cant quit do that..then..he is a LF or RF...for me..my left field and cf guys..are the same...who ever is better..plays CF

RF..is typically..a power guy..who plays ..outfield...with a huge arm...like haniger..but haniger can play cf as well..that is ok..he profiles as a RF..so..ok
also..typical..lf..is not as much a power guy as rf..so..proto typical.LF .will be a 15 hrs..to 20 hrs..in mlb..and a prototypical..rf..25to.30 and up

so a typical 1B..is a rf..who is limited in range..but can handle..infield sharp hit balls..a lot of teams like them to be LEFT hand hitters..and throwers..so the glove hand can be toward the infield

3B is the same..only the opposite of 1b..they need to be able to handle sharp hit balls..at a short distance..proto typically..a right handed guy..
with glove hand toward the infield

those are some..classic..proto typical..ideas..going way back in baseball..sense...before i came around...and they change it some for the personel
they have..at MLb
like seager is a left handed 3b..and white a right handed1B..but as long as they can handle it..with high..FLD pct..it may not matter

With little to no leverage and age often playing a huge factor, many professional baseball organizations sign players as free agents, where the maximum bonus amount is $20,000.
