Loyola dominated their conference, destroyed Illinois St in the MVC championship and had won 8 in a row heading into tourney. They weren't going to be an easy 11 seed to get by. Sure 2 awesome buzzer beaters got them here. They played tight the first few games but they made runs and got stops. Going to be tough to beat them

If anybody bet cash on them to win it all and they do......they are gonna have a lot of cash.

I agree, I was merely pointing out the rest of the conference. I had them going to the S16 in the only bracket I filled out, and picked them in one of my work pools.

Creighton has helped the Big East, but I'd rather them and Wichita State still be in the MVC.

2 Final 4 appearances in 5 years for a conference of that nature is amazing.

Yeah, this conference was a lot of fun. Arch Madness used to be must see tv right out of the gate with quarterfinal games. I love watching mid-major basketball, I used to love the bracket buster games ESPN had in February. Which that would come back.

I'm just saying, they shot it like shit against Houston, and couldn't miss against A&M. Plus Loyola played their best game of the tournament tonight. Law of averages says Michigan doesn't shoot it this poorly next game and Loyola doesn't play as good.
