16 to 1 in a field of 4? Are there odds on whether she will actually finish the race?:pound:

Putting a tag on an undefeated horse is a good way to lose it. If she shows she can't handle this level, I can safely drop her back to where she belongs. As it is, she's guaranteed 4th place money just for showing up.

Good eye though. I didn't know if anyone would catch that.

OLD LION will be stepping up in company. I shipped him from Ontario to Kentucky. He will be running in a maiden claim race with a tag of 100k, up from 75k. I'm shortening him up to 6 furlongs from 6.5 on dirt for a purse of $49,400. He is in a field of 10, drew the 10 post, and is 73/1. He runs on Tuesday.

CALI SKIN also runs on Tuesday. She will be stepping down slightly as I shipped her from British Columbia to Arizona where she will run in a maiden claim race for a tag of 50k, up from 45k at 7 furlongs on the dirt again for a purse of $31,000. She is in a field of 9, drew the 6 post, and is 11/1.

Hopefully he gets closer this time. Looks like a tough spot though.

He may very well finish last, but if this was a real race, I'd have to get me some of that 73/1. It's as though the oddsmaker is saying that first race was a mirage.

Lost 8 in a row two seasons ago, lost 7 of 9 to end last year.

Is Caldwell really going to change that, and if yes, how?

I got them going 5-11 for a reason. 15 losses in 17 second half games in the last two years with mostly all of the same players.

I don't think Caldwell can turn that around by more than a few games.
My dad told me the Lions had a good team in 1957.

Wow, dead last. Not too far off distance and speed wise. Needs more seasoning before running with this kind of class

A mile seems a bit long for him, especially on turf.
