Bottom line is the guy is a .477 coach in 10 years with 1 playoff win w/o 1 player TB. All his ex-coaches end up being bust outs, how good of a trainer , or choice of personnel be. Tom Brady gets pulled away from him and he goes back to be a mediocre coach. Guys like Reid win with McNabbs, Vicks, Smiths etc. Brady was the only difference in his 5-13 team and they won the SB. He goes down in 08 and with that 18-1 team, he misses the playoffs. 2020 misses playoffs and last year after spending a king's ransom he gets blown out by 30 to Buffalo.
