I don't think Cleveland could win a championship right now with that roster, but they still have the rest of the season to improve their game. They will have to get much better though to have that chance.

Although I agree that roster of theirs is not championship caliber.

Who's saying it's title or bust for the Cavs this year, LeBron haters? Because he said before the season that a title this year wasn't gonna happen. It has been everyone else putting totally unrealistic expectations on the franchise this year. They won't even get outta the E, let alone win it all.

This is what I'm saying, but what his name is saying it's a long ways from being decided but I think as far as Cleveland is concerned - that is decided. Losing Varejo (spelling?) hurt. But even w/ him healthy they weren't going to get outta the E. I don't think their bench is very good & the next thing they might decide to do is get rid of that rookie HC w/ zero NBA coaching experience. Maybe a seasoned NBA coach (George Karl for example) can turn the Cavs around this season, but I wouldn't bet on that. When the season ends the Cavs need to seriously upgrade their weak roster.

I thought he ruined his legacy by leaving Cleveland the first time to team up w/ Wade & Bosh? The whole chasing rings thing. What flaws as a player does he have? Nobody in the league has his all around skill set. And you mention his leadership. The Cavs are not good this year but look at their record in the games that LeBron has missed so far. What is it, about 1-8 or something like that?

LeBron lacks what MJ and Kobe had in their primes: laser focus on winning. Almost ruthless.

LeBron is extremely talented, arguably among the best players of all time, but he is a mild personality, and needs to be liked. He's not the fearless leader.

The way the author is interpreting the actions by LeBron is a HUGE stretch, IMO.

Sure, its possible there is a rift between the two... but I don't see anything unusual or significant in those videos.
