....and you know how that movie ended, right?

Lakers need to give a lot of picks. They have good players but nothing you can’t find in FA. They need to give 4 first rounders. And IMO they will
Is that the right move? Don’t think so but where they are now is average team duldrums, and it’s been this way for years
Absolutely loved the 46 point ass whooping James took last night to a Pacers team missing its best player. Loved it!
And don't get me wrong, I really want the green to get AD, but realistically they are not a player until Thursday night. Lakers will pull this out
My stance on it I'll believe it when I see it, but we'll see...
The Pelicans was playing Magic Johnson - they had zero intentions of doing a trade which is thee smartest move - but the offers this summer from the Lakers or any team will not be nearly as much. They will be offered less in quantity, but will most likely get offered one player that is better then what the Lakers have to offer - and they will most likely get one or two first round draft picks - but no team is going to be willing to give them 4 first round draft picks and 4 second rounds. That would be stupidIn other words, if the Pels will take our entire team for AD, we will still do it, we are just tired of being laughed at like a high school kid with a KICK ME sign stuck to his back
I am skeptical, but I don't think that Boston has quite enough to offer right now - If you are getting Anthony Davis, you just can't afford to give up Tatum or Irving and if they wait until this summer - Irving could jump. Kind of funny when you think about all of the things that the owners put into the new CBA to stop players from changing teams - It's as if they did no good whatsoeverAnd don't get me wrong, I really want the green to get AD, but realistically they are not a player until Thursday night. Doyou think some with as big an ego as James has is going to sit still for tanking? I wouldn't think so. Johnson either for that matter. His reputation is on the line.Me too, in a way. If they're going to lose, might as well be by enough to sit Lebron down early.
Agreed. They made Johnson look pathetic and desperate. He was willing to give the whole team away for a guy who has never made it past the first round of the playoffs in his career. The Pelicans was playing Magic Johnson - they had zero intentions of doing a trade which is thee smartest move - but the offers this summer from the Lakers or any team will not be nearly as much. Oh. I thought you were talking about resting him throughout the remainder of the season.Who's talking about tanking? I'm talking about a single game and Lebron fresh off a month long injury. If the Lakers were going to lose last night, might as well do it ugly enough to get some rest for Lebron out of it. Trying to find a silver lining in that embarrassing effort last night...
Anyone think the Warriors might get him after Durant opts out at the end of the season? That would be cool. I know they'd have to wait until 2020 to do it because they don't want to give away any of the pieces they currently have but that would be something if he replaced Durant.

They couldn't if the W's max out Klay unless they traded for AD. Draymond and Iggy would be off the books so possible. I think he goes somewhere way before 2021 and signs long-term
