Minnesota is in town tonight. I am a bit anxious to see if the Lakers emerging identity continues to develop now that LeBron is not around to stymie it. I really am liking this new look and how the they are staying together and ALL playing at a more involved and elevated level. I think Vogel has figured-out the best rotations and he is getting better at substitutions and calling a game. Players that were sort of just riding James' coattails are now actively involved in playing all-in while they are on the floor, both offensively and defensively. It is a good sign and I hope they do not return to the old way of deferring to James if and when he returns.
