RW reminds me of Melo a few years ago. He's a guy who thinks he's some all world talent and needs to be treated as such. When he came to the Lakers he needed to retool his game and he hasn't done it. It took Melo some time to figure it out and I think this is going to take RW some time as well. The only difference is Melo had more to his game to change up. RW is just an athletic guard and now that he's lost a step, he's fucked.
