Kyrie Requests Trade from Cavs.

1) Kyrie gets traded to a team for much less than most people anticipated (50% chance)
2) Cavs keep Kyrie (35% chance)
3) Some idiotic team overpays grossly for Irving (15% chance)

Cavs are having a wonderful off-season...

I mean Green and DRose are cheap, good additions. If they wait to get a great deal for Kyrie everything will be just fine. They could be better if they wait till midseason...who knows. People are acting like the Cavs are done but you seem to forget they have the best player on the planet STILL. No worries, when it comes down to it Kyrie isnt a perfect fit with Lebron. A deal could help as much as I love Kyrie

Equivalent of chemo and radiation treatments without losing your hair and puking - cancer removal.

NOLA becomes a better defensive team, but loses a lot of post offense.

Yeah, in hindsight, that's the biggest problem with that trade. A 2nd round pick and 1 more year on DJ's contract isn't enough for the Pels to take that downgrade. I think they would only entertain that if Cousins let them know he was leaving in the off-season or something. Even then probably not.

I really don't know how to rate D. Jordan as I think his overall offensive efficiency could decline with the loss of Chris Paul. His inability to hit free throws also makes him unplayable in late game situations in close games in the playoffs.

I'm not dismissing the possibility that New Orleans could improve if they made that trade but I've got concerns about D. Jordan's viability moving forward.

Like Shopson said though, Cousins is a cancer. Jordan is a team player whose strengths complement Davis better than Cousins' do. Good luck scoring in the paint against that team.
