I think it is hilarious that Shittsburgh is attracting so much negative attention lately. They went from being this respected class act team that would blow Bettman at any given chance, to now being, well, Shittsburgh. I guess Bettman found a new hole to plug.

lol... Cheap shots are lame, and players deserve beatdowns for them. But it's good to see the Pens at least grew some testes and tried to change who they are as a team. Appears they are failing miserbaly though. You have to be physical in this sport. I suppose playing straight up reserved hockey minus a lot of physicality (Detroit) isn't a bad thing either... I dunno. Still hate you guys. Letang looks like a rat, rat bastard.

EDIT: I'll just say Letang is an edgy player. He'll take his cheap shots but they're usually not too bad. Wouldn't go as far as Kenny did but he's edgy. He does embellish a little too. But he's a beast so I likes him.

That's what keeps Penguins fans defending him. It's easy to say one of your players is a dirty player when it's Matt Cooke or Jarkko Ruutu but Letang is one of your core players. He's having a very good season, I just think it's too bad he dives and doles out the cheap ones without answering the bell.

I largely agree with P66 in this thread - Letang may be reckless or take his shots, but I don't think of him as a "dirty" player. Good posts, P66, unlike some of your other Pens' fans here. Evolver still not getting down the difference between intentional and accidental and Elyeah not getting much of anything.
