My guttells me that the laqkers are going to really sweeten their offer. LeBron wants AD to play with him in LA. With that duo, the lakers would just need to have a couple of complimentary pieces.

The #4 pick is a lot of better than what it was before the recent developments, plus Kuz and Ingram? Might be tempting for the Pels to go with whomever they go with at #1.

I agree but I really do think KD is going to be in NY

In reality - I would love to see more quality teams in the Eastern Conference. It would be a lot of fun for all of the fans if New York, Milwaukee, Philadelphia and Indiana all were good enough to win a title and compete. But I'd also like a million dollars and that isn't going to happen either. I hope New York does get KD though, It would be great for the fans, the organization and would breathe some life into New York not to mention it would give them a better chance at landing a second star.

The Lakers would be wasting their time. The owner of the Pelicans said that the only way Anthony Davis gets traded to the Lakers is over her dead body. So it's time for the Lakers to move on and chase Leonard, Irving and Butler

If KD’s calf injury is really bad, he could opt in for another year.

He would be smarter to do that and hang in there - wouldn't be a bad ride to add one more championship

When the year started I thought there were too many reasons for him to stay, that he would likely do so:

1. Go for (hopefully) four in a row. Hasn't been done since 1960s Celtics
2. Play in the new arena in SF
3. Get his 4th ring, one more than LeBron
4. Since Dray is up for his big deal after next year, play this one more THEN leave so the team doesn't have to choose
5. Avoid NY media

But as the season has played out I think it's 75%+ he leaves (maybe not NY), injury or no

He just looked so joyless all year, not sure he wants to go through that again
